Shipping Terms
Delivery within UK is within 1-3 working days, and 7-14 working days to the rest of the world. Your order will be sent using 1st Class Recorded Delivery within UK, and Parcel Post, or International Signed For to rest of the world depending on the delivery method you have selected. Return Terms We will only accept the return of items if they have been sent to you in error. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy, where applicable, to refund the price of the item(s) and delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and charges incurred for the item(s) sent back to us. You are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 30 days. However if you wish to return the item(s) simply because you ordered the wrong item(s) being your fault or error. We have a restocking fee of 25% of the item(s) purchased and delivery charges incurred in sending the item(s) to you. You will not be refunded the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. All item(s) should be in a new and unused condition, otherwise no refunds shall be given and the product(s) will not be sent back to you unless you pay the postage charges. There will be no refunds given if you feel that the product has not "worked" for you in a manner which you expected. Individual results vary upon individual body chemistry. |
